The Thies First Class Anemometer is designed for wind resource assessment and power performance studies according to the IEC 61400-12-1 standard.

The cup anemometer is supplied with a Measnet calibration certificate and is fully compatible with all the data loggers manufactured by Kintech Engineering including the EOL Zenith and Orbit 360.

With special characteristics such as an optimized dynamic behavior even at very high turbulence intensities, minimal over-speeding, and a low starting value.
