The Energy Research Office (EPE) in Brazil Approves K308TH sensor

It is with great pleasure to announce that our temperature and humidity sensor (K308TH) has now been fully tested and validated by The Energy Research Office (EPE) for use in Brazil and the sensor is now listed in the AMA program.

The Energy Research Office (EPE) supports the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) with studies and research on energy planning and have taken the K308TH temperature and humidity sensor through the complete EPE validation program.

The EPE validation program and requirements for wind resource assessment in Brazil are some of the toughest requirements worldwide, and it is with great pride that our temperature and humidity sensor, can now wear the “Approved by EPE” quality sticker.

This is yet another reassurance for our worldwide customers that our data acquisition systems and sensors are designed to be as reliable and robust as possible while offering leading features for assuring data quality and availability.

Come and meet our team in Sao Paulo starting on the 18th of October, where we will be showing the K308TH sensor as well as the Orbit 360 data logger among other things.

See you in Sao Paulo!
