Product Description

Kintech Engineering’s solar monitoring system is a comprehensive measurement solution for post-construction monitoring of utility-scale photovoltaic projects with complete data integration into the plants SCADA system. Ideal solution for EPC contractors. Our  PV monitoring system is designed according to IEC 61724-1 “photovoltaic system performance – Part 1: monitoring”.

Taking advantage of almost 20 years of expertise in remote data acquisition systems, we have put together a complete measurement system that is easy to install and at the same time offers high precision solar monitoring data.

A typical monitoring station consists of a 3 meter lattice mast equipped with booms to fit four secondary standard pyranometers, one wind vane and one anemometer as well as rain gauge and temperature and humidity sensors. Separately, calibrated solar cells and surface mounted temperature sensors can be supplied to be mounted on the nearest photovoltaic panels.

Our solar monitoring system includes our latest data logger Orbit 360. With its integrated Modbus TCP port, the Orbit 360 enables 24 hour direct access through the SCADA system and fully compatible with RS-485 smart sensors such as the Hukseflux SR30 pyranometer.
